I think you would have a link on the area in the website you want people to purchase a ticket - like calendar or event area - link to here then this goes to your Clover 'form' to buy and pay.  not sure if clover can have an event and merchandise on the same check out form.  Will have to explore. Maybe Clover can send us examples of other peoples way they did it.
